Our founder, Jamie Bell, began his insurance career in Wichita, Kansas in 1993. More recently, he has been the managing agent of a large agency in Florida. He now brings his knowledge to you, sharing not only information you can trust, but a desire to implement his vision of a full service agency which will serve you quickly and professionally while also getting to know you and working to protect all of your financial assets in the way that you are looking for.
INTEGRITY: We want to work in partnership with you, and the only way to do that is to build an honest relationship with you. Our first priority is to give you as much information as you need, without being overwhelming, and to do so in a manner that you can depend on being accurate and truthful. We aren’t here to try to reel you in with a low quote, only for you to find out later wasn’t accurate or won’t cover what you expected. We aren’t here to bluff our way through a question; if we don’t know an answer, we will tell you and we will find out the answer. Our definition of success depends on your ability to trust us.

KNOWLEDGE: Not only do we have knowledge, we want to share our knowledge. Not only do we have knowledge, we recognize that we can’t know everything and so we have partnered with an outstanding team. As an Independent Insurance Agency, our partnership gives us access to industry leaders who have over 5,000 agency members who work together to share experience, training, and resources which we can share with our staff or can call upon for unusual situations. Our own knowledge has been acquired helping literally thousands of clients with their individual situations. Our desire is to utilize that knowledge for your benefit.

SERVICE: As the internet provides more and more options for how people are served by business, it is our job to listen to our clients and adapt to what they want and need. Regardless of the preferred method of contact, you can expect us to acknowledge receipt of your question or request, to get back to you promptly with answers and quotes, to give each of our team members ability to help you with problems, and to do our best to minimize frustrations. We want to hear from you when you know of a way that we could do better for you. We want to keep up with the times, but we also want to take time to develop personal relationships.
